Restore purchases

If your N1 Pro subscription or purchases are not showing up:

Open the N1 app
Open the N1 Pro screen (tap your profile icon, then the N1 Pro upgrade card)
Tap Restore
Sign in with your Apple ID if prompted

Cancel subscription

To cancel your N1 Pro subscription:

Open iPhone Settings and tap your name
Tap Subscriptions
Tap N1 Pro
Tap Cancel Subscription

Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Account & data

You can delete your N1 account and its data from inside the app: Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. If you can’t access the app, email us from the address on your account and we’ll take care of it. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how to exercise your rights.

What is N1?

N1 is a mobile sports gaming platform where you compete with friends across multiple game types including Leagues, Pick'em predictions, brackets, daily trivia, and squares. It's designed to be the anti-gambling alternative — all the competition and bragging rights, none of the financial risk.

What sports are available on N1?

N1 currently supports NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAA, MLS, EPL, F1, and Golf, with more leagues constantly being added. You can play across all supported leagues with your Crew.

What is a Crew?

A Crew is your persistent friend group that competes together across every sport and season. You can form rivalries, track streaks, and earn awards as a Crew over time.

What is my N1R rating?

Your N1R rating is your performance score that tracks your results across all game types. It determines your ranked tier and how you stack up on leaderboards against friends and other players.

Is N1 gambling?

No. N1 is specifically designed as an alternative to gambling apps like DraftKings and FanDuel. There's no real money wagering — just friendly competition with your Crew for bragging rights.

How do I join or create a Crew?

You can create a Crew in the app and invite friends via a share link, or join an existing Crew when a friend sends you an invite. Each Crew can compete together across all sports and game types.
